Mental Health day

Look after your mental health, by taking a time-out for yourself.
Bubble Baths are soothing.
Taking time out by listening to music.
Go out for a walk.
Find someone to go out for coffee with.
Have a couple of hours of social media.
Seek support, from a friend or professional.
Physical activities, such as running, and fast walking, swimming.
Do something you love, like painting, singing, sport, or science.
If you or anyone else are urgent with mental health, then contact SHOUT or (999) if life-threatening. Mental health is very real and can affect more than 90% of individuals worldwide, male and female.
