Mental Health day

Look after your mental health, by taking a time-out for yourself.

  • Bubble Baths are soothing.

  • Taking time out by listening to music.

  • Go out for a walk.

  • Find someone to go out for coffee with.

  • Have a couple of hours of social media.

  • Seek support, from a friend or professional.

  • Physical activities, such as running, and fast walking, swimming.

  • Do something you love, like painting, singing, sport, or science.

If you or anyone else are urgent with mental health, then contact SHOUT or (999) if life-threatening. Mental health is very real and can affect more than 90% of individuals worldwide, male and female.
