The Challenge
The Multi-Schools Council began with just four schools, but in under a decade has grown to nearly 400 schools and colleges across five local authorities. Despite this incredible growth, the mission remains both urgent and clear — to give children a genuine voice, raise awareness, and address the issues they identify as most important. While much of the work is centred in Essex, the challenge is to keep young people actively engaged, confident, and empowered to speak up, especially in spaces where their voices are often overlooked.
Our Approach
In partnership with the Multi-Schools Council, Olivia helps create platforms where young people can take centre stage — literally and figuratively. By giving them opportunities to take over social media channels and join podcast discussions, the collaboration fosters self-confidence, public speaking skills, and a sense of ownership over their stories. Together, they ensure that the council’s vision — amplifying youth voices and making real change in schools — is lived out in every post, episode, and conversation.
