Internship Collaboration
An internship program for people with disabilities that builds skills, confidence, and career opportunities while fostering inclusion, diversity, and innovation in the workplace.

The Challenge
Despite their talents and potential, 85% of autistic individuals and 55% of people with disabilities remain unemployed — often due to a lack of education, awareness, and inclusive opportunities. The result is a cycle of exclusion, where many are denied the chance to gain experience, develop skills, and build the confidence needed to enter the workforce. This gap not only limits individuals but also deprives workplaces of the creativity, innovation, and collaboration that diversity brings.
Our Approach
An internship program tailored for people with disabilities can break this cycle. By offering a safe, supportive environment, the program would give participants hands-on experience, skill development, and the opportunity to boost their CVs. At the same time, it would challenge stereotypes, inspire inclusion, and set a powerful example for other organisations. Beyond social impact, such a program can foster a richer, more innovative workplace culture, leading to improved morale, higher job satisfaction, and stronger business outcomes for all involved.
